THE AREA

The property is located in the Municipality of Buguggiate, in the province of Varese, a small municipality with a purely residential vocation and strategically located close to the A8 motorway towards Milan, the SP1 towards the Varese lake and the Swiss passes.

The area is surrounded by greenery in a residential area, on the edge of a natural terrace at an altitude of about 310 m above sea level.
